3. Amendments (2) to the Proposal for the Law on Safety and Health at Work, the submitters are MPs Srđan Perić and Džavid Šabović, and
4. Amendment to the Proposal for the Law amending Pension and Disability Insurance Law, the submitter is MP Janko Vučinić.
In addition to Committee members, the meeting was attended by the representative of the proposer of the Proposal for the Law on Safety and Health at Work Slobodan Filipović – Director General in the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare and Danijela Šuković Head of Directorate for Safety at Work in the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare. MP Janko Vučinić Committee member and MP Srđan Perić attended the meeting as representatives of amendment submitters.
Committee members were informed about the information of the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare submitted to the Committee on the number of disabled veterans from I to VI group, that is disabled veterans with established disabilities from 60 to 100 percent, seeking to be provided with complete and fair compensation, the amount of resources required for the exercise of that right as well as the conditions for achieving the right for retirement under more favourable conditions. Amendments submitted by MPs Janko Vučinić, Srđan Perić and Džavid Šabović to the Proposal for the Law on Safety and Health at Work, were not accepted by the representative of the submitter of the Proposal for the Law. Furthermore, the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare of the Parliament of Montenegro did not accept the amendments of MPs.
Amendment submitted by MP Janko Vučinić to the Proposal for the Law amending Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by MPs Zoran Jelić, Halil Duković, Zorica Kovačević and Marta Šćepanović, representative of the proposer of the Proposal for the Law did not accept. Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare of the Parliament of Montenegro did not accept this amendment.
