As part of the ceremony, guests had the opportunity to see an exhibition of photographs which represented a retrospective in the work of the institution from its origination, start of work and positive continuity, referring to the development of all segments of the process of rehabilitation and social reintegration of PI Podgorica.  

For this short period of its operation, this Institution achieved remarkable results in the treatment of addiction. What is very useful is the fact that addicts are increasingly turning to this Institution for help.

Secretary of the Committee Momir Joksimović, among others, welcomed the efforts to build another pavilion for the female population.
