Committee on Health, Labor and Social Welfare of the Parliament of Montenegro, at the meeting held on 12 November 2014, considered the two items of the agenda: amendments (five) to the Proposal for the Law on Health Care, which were submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by MPs of Positive Montenegro Goran Tuponja and Srđan Perić no: 28-2/14-2/13 and amendments (four) to the Proposal for the Law on Health Care, which were submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by MPs of the Democratic Party of Socialists Zorica Kovačević, Marta Šćepanović and Radovan Obradović no: 28-2/14-2/14.   

In addition to the members of the Committee, the meeting was attended by representatives of proponents of the Proposal for the Law Gorica Savović and Nebojša Todorović, Deputy Ministers of Health.

Amendments (five) to the Proposal for the Law on Health Care, which were submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by MPs Goran Tuponja and Srđan Perić, were accepted by representative of the proponent of the Proposal for the Law, except that the amendments III, IV and V were modified.

Amendments (four) to the Proposal for the Law on Health Care, which were submitted by MPs Zorica Kovačević, Marta Šćepanović and Radovan Obradović, were accepted by representative of the proponent of the Proposal for the Law and the amendments became an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.
