Mr Slobodan Filipović, Director of the Labour Directorate in the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, as a representative of the proposer of the Proposal for the Law, made Introductory remarks on the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Amicable Settlement of Labour Disputes. Following the comprehensive discussion, the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Amicable Settlement of Labour Disputes was supported by a necessary majority of present MPs, hence the Committee has proposed to the Parliament to adopt thereof.
Proposal for the Law on Removal and Transplantation of Human Tissues and Cells for Therapeutic Purposes, which should have been considered by the Committee, as interested body, will be considered at some of the following meetings, due to inability of the representative of the proposer of the Proposal for the Law to attend today's Committee meeting.
Within the third item of the agenda, the Committee considered the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Labour Law, submitted by MPs Branka Bošnjak and Milutin Đukanović. Following the introductory statements by the representative of the proposer of the Proposal for the Law, Ms Branka Bošnjak, i.e. the overall discussion on the Proposal for the Law, the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Labour Law was supported by a necessary majority of present MPs, hence the Committee has proposed to the Parliament to adopt thereof.
At the meeting, Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Health Care, no. 28-2/14-19, submitted by MPs Srđan Perić and Azra Jasavić, were harmonised.
At today’s meeting, within fifth item, the Committee considered Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by MPs Zoran Jelić, Halil Duković, Zorica Kovačević and Marta Šćepanović.
Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law was submitted by proposers of the Law, and it has become an integral part of the wording of the Proposal for the Law.
At today’s meeting, minutes from 46^th, 47^th and 48^th Committee meeting were unanimously adopted.
