The Committee considered the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Labour Law, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by the MPs Ms Branka Bošnjak and Mr Milutin Đukanović, as well as amendment 2 to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by the MPs Ms Zorica Kovačević, Mr Halil Duković and Ms Marta Šćepanović. 

In addition to the Committee members, the meeting was attended by Ms Tijana Prelević, Head for labour relations at the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, and MP Ms Branka Bošnjak.

Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Labour Law was submitted by the proposers of the Law, and thus it became an integral part of the text of the Proposal.

Amendment 2 to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law was also submitted by the proposers of the Law, and thus it became an integral part of the text of the Proposal.
