1. Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Labour Law no: 19-1/14-2/5 that were submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by MPs Srđan Perić and Goran Tuponja.

2. Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law no: 09-2/14-3/14 that were submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by MPs Almer Kalač, Suljo Mustafić and Kemal Zoronjić.

3. Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law no: 09-2/14-3/17 that were submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by MPs Izet Bralić, Rifat Rastoder, Borislav Banović, Džavid Šabović, Draginja Vuksanović and Mićo Orlandić.

On behalf of the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, the meeting was attended by Slobodan Filipović, Director of the Labour Directorate in the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, Tijana Prelević, Head of the Directorate for Labour Relations in the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare and representative of the submitter of the amendment MP Almer Kalač.
MPs Srđan Perić and Goran Tuponja submitted an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Labour Law that was modified at the meeting of the Committee. Representative of the proponent accepted a modified amendment and it has become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.

In accordance with Article 147 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, on behalf of the proponent, MP Zoran Jelić withdrew the Proposal for the Pension and Disability Insurance Law from parliamentary procedure.
