In addition to the members of the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare and proposers of the law, MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, the meeting was also attended by the following: Ms Budimka Novaković and Ms Vesna Cimbaljević, independent advisors at the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare; Mr Milisav Korać, executive director of the Federation of Associations of Parents of Children and Youth with Developmental Disabilities "Our Initiative", and Mr Srđa Keković, secretary general at the Union of Free Trade Unions of Montenegro.

The Committee supported Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Social and Child Welfare by a majority of votes, and proposed to the Parliament of Montenegro to adopt it.

At their 60^th meeting held on 17 October 2014, the Committee members supported the initiative by MP Mr Janko Vučinić to hold a meeting dedicated to the problems of employees of “Ribarstvo” JSC Rijeka Crnojevića, and at today’s meeting they agreed to hold that meeting as soon as possible.
