The agenda of the meeting comprised two items:

1. Amendments (6) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Employment and Exercising Rights with Respect to Unemployment Insurance, submitted by MPs: Mr Zoran Jelić, Ms Marta Šćepanović and Mr Halil Duković;

2. Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Social and Child Welfare, submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović.

In addition to the Committee members, the meeting was attended by Ms Arijana Nikolić-Vučinić, Director of the Directorate for Labour Market and Employment in the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare and Ms Ana Leković, Advisor in the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare.

Amendments (6) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Employment and Exercising Rights with Respect to Unemployment Insurance, submitted by MPs: Mr Zoran Jelić, Ms Marta Šćepanović and Mr Halil Duković, were accepted by a representative of the proposer and those have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Employment and Exercising Rights with Respect to Unemployment Insurance.

Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Social and Child Welfare, submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović, was not considered by the Committee since it has to be previously considered by the Legislative Committee.
