Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare, on the 87^th meeting held today, considered amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Social and Child Welfare, submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović:

- 2 amendments submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović;
- 2 amendments submitted by MP Mr Rešad Sijarić;
- an amendment submitted by MP Mr Nik Gjeloshaj.

The Committee considered amendments (2) submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, in the capacity as the proposer of the law, and noted that amendments become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, pursuant to the Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.

The Committee considered also the amendment 1, submitted by MP Mr Rešad Sijarić. The proposer of the law did not accept this amendment, and it did not get the support of the Committee. The Committee did not consider the amendment 2 of the MP Sijarić, because he informed the Committee he was withdrawing it from the parliamentary procedure.

At the meeting held today, the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare also considered the amendment submitted by MP NR Nik Gjeloshaj, which was supported by the Committee.
