By a majority of votes, the Committee decided not to support the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by MPs Mr Janko Vučinić and Mr Emilo Labudović, and proposed to the Parliament not to adopt thereof.

The Committee did not support the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by MPs Mr Janko Vučinić, Mr Neven Gošović and Mr Goran Tuponja, and proposed to the Parliament not to adopt thereof.

Members of the Committee supported the Initiative by MP Mr Andrija Popović to send a conclusion to the Parliament of Montenegro requesting the payment of elderly benefits, in accordance with the Law on Amendments to the Law on Agriculture and Rural Development, adopted in December 2014.
