The Committee unanimously supported the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Restriction of the Usage of Tobacco Products, and proposed to the Parliament of Montenegro to adopt thereof.

Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by MP Mr Janko Vučinić, was not supported by the Committee, hence the Committee decided not to adopt it.  Amendments (3) to the said Proposal for the Law submitted by the proposer of the Law Mr Janko Vučinić, in line with Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law. 

Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by MP Mr Srđan Milić, was not supported by the Committee, hence the Committee decided not to adopt it.

Amendments (3)  to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to Law on Social and Child Welfare submitted by the proposer of the Law MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, in line with Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law. 

On the basis of the request for organising a control hearing submitted by members of the Committee, MPs - Mr Janko Vučinić, Mr Srđan Perić, Mr Novica Stanić, Mr Radosav Nišavić and Mr Andrija Popović, the Committee decided to hold a control hearing on the occasion of  the tragic event that occurred in weapons factory “Tara” in Mojkovac and invite representatives of responsible bodies.
