Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare holds its 102nd meeting

The Committee considered 12 amendments submitted to three legislative acts

At today’s 102nd meeting, the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare considered (8) amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by MP Mr Srđan Milić:
- 2 amendments submitted by MP Mr Janko Vučinić
Proposer of the Law MP Mr Srđan Milić stated at the Committee meeting that he would state his opinion on the amendment by MP Mr Janko Vučinić at the parliamentary sitting, while the Committee did not support the said amendments.
- 2 amendments submitted by MP Mr Janko Vučinić, Mr Neven Gošović and Mr Mladen Bojanić
Proposer of the Law MP Mr Srđan Milić stated at the Committee meeting that he would state his opinion on the amendment by MP Mr Janko Vučinić, Mr Neven Gošović and Mr Mladen Bojanić at the parliamentary sitting, while the Committee did not support the amendments.
- 3 amendments submitted by MP Mr Srđan Milić, in the capacity of the proposer of the law.
The Committee stated that amendment 2 should be corrected technically. MP Mr Srđan Milić agreed on the said correction. Furthermore, MP Mr Srđan Milić, in the capacity of the proposer of the law, corrected amendment 3. Therefore, three amendments by MP Mr Srđan Milić (amendment 1 and corrected amendments 2 and 3) have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, in line with Article 150, paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro;
- amendment by MP Mr Milutin Đukanović
Proposer of the Law MP Mr Srđan Milić stated at the Committee meeting that he would state his opinion on the amendment by MP Mr Milutin Đukanović at the parliamentary sitting, while the Committee did not support the amendment. The Committee stated that the amendment should be corrected technically, and submitter of the amendment Mr Milutin Đukanović agreed on the correction.
The Committee also considered the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Social and Child Welfare, submitted by MPs Mr Strahinja Bulajić and Mr Emilo Labudović. The Committee stated that the amendment should be corrected technically. Representatives of the Proposal for the Law MPs Mr Strahinja Bulajić and Mr Emilo Labudović agreed on the correction. Therefore, corrected amendment by MPs Mr Strahinja Bulajić and Mr Emilo Labudović has become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, in line with Article 150, paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro;
Additionally, the Committee also considered amendments (3) submitted by MP Mr Slaven Radunović to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Volunteerism. Representative of the proposer of the Law Ms Tijana Prelević, Acting Director of the Directorate for Labour Relations did not accept amendments 1 and 2 by MP Mr Slaven Radunović. Also, the amendments were not accepted by the Committee. Representative of the proposer of the Law proposed correction of the amendment 3. MP Mr Slaven Radunović agreed with the correction of amendments, and corrected amendment 3, in line with Article 150, paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, has become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.

In addition, the Committee unanimously supported the Proposal for Conclusions from 100th meeting of the Committee, which was devoted to the current situation the tragic event that occurred in weapons factory “Tara” in Mojkovac.
