Working part of the Meeting was implemented through three sessions, defined as:
- Integration of the social dimension in all European Union policies;
- Further socialisation of the European Semester;
- Common social values.

During the meeting, participants in the debates stressed the need for the citizens with social problems to be at the focus of interest of institutions in the European Union, competent for creation and implementation of the social policies. Furthermore, they emphasised the fact that the number of citizens with social problems was continuously growing.

In accordance with the essence of debates conceptualised in this manner, it was undoubtedly concluded at the Meeting that in the future the European social policy must be created in direction of effective commitment to the social issues.
