At today’s 107th meeting, the Committee considered three amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Health Insurance, namely:
- amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Zoran Jelić, Ms Marta Šćepanović, Mr Halil Duković, Ms Maida Bešlić, Mr Jasmin Sutović and Mr Radovan Obradović;
- two amendments submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović;
Representatives of the proposer for the Law have jointly accepted amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Zoran Jelić, Ms Marta Šćepanović, Mr Halil Duković, Ms Maida Bešlić, Mr Jasmin Sutović and Mr Radovan Obradović, thus, in line with Article 150 , paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, it has become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, and the Parliament shall not decide on it separately.
Two amendments submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović were not accepted by the proposer of the Law. Also, the amendments were not accepted by the Committee.
The Committee considered and unanimously adopted the Report on a control hearing with regard to the tragic event that occurred in weapons factory “Tara” in Mojkovac.
Additionally, the Committee considered and unanimously adopted the Proposal for Conclusions from the 105th meeting devoted to the topic: "Availability, content and analysis of smear test results in hospitals in Montenegro”.
Members of the Committee discussed the application for consideration of the Report by the State Audit Institution on the topic of “Efficiency of using the funds from contributions for professional rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities”, sent by the Association of Youth with Disabilities of Montenegro.
