On 7 December 2015, the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare held its 110th meeting dedicated to marking International Day of Persons with Disabilities, and on that occasion, at its 113th meeting held on 21 December 2015, it adopted conclusions. At the meeting held today, the Committee members decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro to adopt a decision which would determine obligations of the responsible body of the state administration to, once per year, submit to the Parliament of Montenegro the report on position of persons with disabilities in Montenegro.

Furthermore, at its 112th meeting held on 15 December 2015, the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare held a consultative hearing on the topic “Efficiency of using funds from contributions to professional rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities”. At today’s meeting, conclusions were adopted from the held consultative hearing, which would be forwarded to bodies responsible for their implementation.
