At today’s 125th meeting, aside from the Committee members, the meeting was attended by representatives of the negotiation team of workers of the Aluminium Plant Podgorica. They presented problems in the implementation of the Law on settling obligations towards the workers of Aluminium Plant who retired early due to bankruptcy of the company, adopted by the Parliament of Montenegro on 16 July 2015.
Following the discussion, it was agreed that members of the Committee by 16 June 2016 should establish proposal for conclusions for the purpose of adopting them at one of the following meetings and submitting to the bodies responsible for their implementation.
Members of the Committee learned about official letters sent by - Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Interior, with regard to announcement of the Ministry of Interior that helicopter unit would not, from now on, transport the sick and injured or provide transport for medical equipment and medicines with regard to the request for holding a control hearing, submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović. After that, the Committee noted that there was no need for holding a control hearing of representatives of the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Interior.
In addition, members of the Committee learned about the letter of the Health Insurance Fund of Montenegro with regard to address of insured person Mr Nenad Miletić to MP Andrija Popović, member of the Committee.
Within the current issues, the Committee also considered the request for reconsidering a decision on awarding specialisation to doctors of stomatology for the needs of the Dental Policlinic in the Clinic Centre of Montenegro in Podgorica, sent to the Committee by Mr Nikola Dragaš from Podgorica. Additionally, the Committee learned about approved study visits to relevant institutions in the European Union states.
