Day two of the European Union - Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee (SAPC) was dedicated to the position of persons with disabilities in Montenegro and the European Disability Strategy, social policy, employment, and economic developments. 

Opening the X SAPC meeting, President of the Parliament Mr Ranko Krivokapić said that Montenegro had a stable, leading position in the region when it comes to meeting its European obligations

At today's preliminary meeting, the participants discussed the proposal for agenda of the Tenth meeting of the European Union - Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee (SAPC), which will take place in Budva, on 8 and 9 April 2015.
