At the meeting of the Working group which was held today, work on the Draft version of the Code of Ethics for MPs was completed.

Topics of today’s meeting were Chapters Eight and Nine - Transitional and Final Provisions. Provisions from Chapter Six - Breach of the Code were additionally considered. 

The meeting was held with the aim of presenting GRECO members with the work of the Working Group 

At its sixth meeting held today, the Working Group for drafting a Code of Ethics for MPs considered the sixth chapter Code Violation (Article 19 to 22) of the Draft Code of Ethics.

The Group has continued a discussion on a provision of the fifth chapter of the Draft Code of Ethics for MPs
