The Committee did not consider the amendment by the MPs Zorica Kovačević and Rešid Adrović, because the representative of the submitters of the amendment the MP Kovačević informed the Committee that she was withdrawing the amendment from the procedure.   

The Committee did not consider the amendment by the MP Filip Vuković, in accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, because he did not attend the meeting. 

The Committee did not consider the amendment by the MP Jelisava Kalezić, in accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, because she did not attend the meeting. 

The Committee considered and positively voted on the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax, submitted by the MP Džavid Šabović.

The Committee extended the agenda with the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Fees for Access to Certain Services of General Interest and for the Use of Tobacco Products and Electro-Acoustic Devices, submitted by the MPs Srđan Milić, Aleksandar Damjanović i Velizar Kaluđerović. The Committee considered and positively voted on the submitted amendment.
The Committee extended the agenda with the Proposal for Conclusions on the occasion of the Proposal for the 2014 Budget Law of Montenegro, submitted by the MP Rifat Rastoder. The Committee considered and positively voted on the proposed conclusion.
