Legislative Committee holds its 65th meeting

The Committee considered several proposals for laws 

At the 65th meeting held today, the Legislative Committee considered and positively expressed the position with regard to following proposals for laws: Proposal for the Law on Electronic Government; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Misdemeanours; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Witness Protection and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tourism.

The Committee assessed with the majority of the votes cast that following were not in accordance with the Constitution and legal system: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code, submitted by the MPs: Azra Jasavić, Milutin Đukanović and Velizar Kaluđerović and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code, submitted by the MPs: Azra Jasavić, Milutin Đukanović and Velizar Kaluđerović.

Representative of the proposer, MP Velizar Kaluđerović, informed the Committee of their initiative to repeal theProposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Montenegrin Citizenship.
