At the 70th meeting held today, the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro considered and expressed positive position towards the following amendments:
Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Removal and Transplantation of Human Organs for Therapeutic Purposes:
- six amendments, introduced by member Mr Emilo Labudović;
- three amendments, introduced by members Mr Goran Tuponja and Mr Dritan Abazović, (at the meeting of the Committee, submitter of the amendment announced withdrawal of the amendment No. 3);
- one amendment, introduced by members Ms Zorica Kovačević and Mr Halil Duković;
Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Taxation of Hydrocarbons:
- two amendments, introduced by member Mr Mladen Bojanić;
- one amendment, introduced by members: Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, Mr Velizar Kaluđerović and Mr Obrad Gojković.
Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Electronic Government, introduced by members Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Goran Tuponja.
Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Military of Montenegro:
- three amendments, introduced by members: Mr Velizar Kaluđerović, Mr Neven Gošović and Ms Snežana Jonica;
- one amendment, introduced by Bosniak PartyMP Group;
- one amendment, introduced by members: Mr Suljo Mustafić, Mr Almer Kalač, Mr Kemal Zoronjić, Ms Ljerka Dragičević and Mr Genci Nimanbegu.
Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tourism:
- 11 amendments, introduced by member Ms Ljerka Dragičević, (at the meeting of the Committee, submitter of the amendment announced withdrawal of the amendment No. 9);
- amendment, introduced by members Mr Aleksandar Damjanović and Mr Obrad Gojković.
Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Misdemeanours, introduced by members Mr Neven Gošović and Ms Snežana Jonica.
Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Witness Protection, introduced by member Ms Azra Jasavić.
Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Criminal Code, introduced by members Mr Srđan Perić and Mr Mladen Bojanić.
Amendments (two) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to Law on State Audit Institution, introduced by members Mr Srđan Milić and Mr Neven Gošović.
Amendments (three) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Labour Law, introduced by member Mr Janko Vučinić.
Amendments (two) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Labour Law, introduced by members Mr Neven Gošović and Mr Velizar Kaluđerović.
Proposed agenda was extended with following amendments, considered by the Committee and with the positive position expressed:
- Amendments (four) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro, introduced by members Ms Marta Šćepanović and Mr Halil Duković;
- Amendments (two) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Games of Chance, introduced by members: Mr Zoran Jelić, Mr Filip Vuković, Mr Veljko Zarubica, Ms Marta Šćepanović and Ms Zorica Kovačević.
- Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on the execution of suspended sentence and sentence of community service, introduced by member Mr Emilo Labudović was withdrawn by the submitter of the amendment during the meeting of the Committee.
- Amendments (two) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro, introduced by member Ms Ljerka Dragičević, were withdrawn by the submitter of the amendment during the meeting of the Committee.
According the Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, due to absence of the submitter of amendments, the following was not considered:
- Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Removal and Transplantation of Human Organs for Therapeutic Purposes, introduced by member Mr Radosav Nišavić;
- Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Military of Montenegro, introduced by member Ms Nada Drobnjak.
The amendment to the Proposal for a Decision on Establishment of the Interim Committee on supervising the work of state authorities, state administration authorities and local government bodies in view of the consistent application of the Law for Building Trust in the Election Process, introduced by members: Ms Ljerka Dragičević, Mr Almer Kalač, Mr Andrija Popović, Mr Genci Nimanbegu, Mr Kemal Zoronjić, Mr Nik Gjeloshaj and Mr Suljo Mustafić, did not obtain the majority required.
