Representatives of the Legislative Committee Mr Džavid Šabović (Chairperson of the Legislative Committee), Mr Velizar Kaluđerović (Deputy Chairperson of the Committee) and Mr Vladislav Bojović (member of the Committee) today spoke with representatives of the Venice Commission on set of laws from the field of judiciary.

Representatives of the Legislative Committee showed particular interest in Draft Law on Public Prosecution Office and Draft Law on Special Public Prosecution Office. With regard to that, representatives of the Legislative Committee stated concrete objectives to solutions proposed in concerned draft laws.

At the end of the conversation, representatives of the Venice Commission stated that in the moment the Venice Commission had no official position on said remarks (due to the fact that they recently received draft laws for the field of judiciary), but that they would consider remarks pointed out by representatives of the Legislative Committee with special care.
