At today’s 113th meeting, the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro have considered and positively assessed the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Gender Equality and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on State Surveying and Cadastre of Immovable Property.
The Committee have also considered and positively assessed the amendments submitted to the following proposals for laws:
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Regional Development:
-one amendment submitted by MP Mr Almer Kalač;
- one amendment submitted by MPs Mr Zoran Jelić, Mr Rešid Adrović, Mr Veljko Zarubica and Ms Marta Šćepanović;
Proposal for the Law on Consensual Financial Restructuring of Debts to Financial Institutions:
- 3 amendments submitted by MPs Mr Obrad Gojković and Mr Velizar Kaluđerović;
- 2 amendments submitted by MPs Mr Zoran Jelić and Ms Zorica Kovačević.
The Committee decided to postpone a discussion on the Proposal for the Law on Regional Water Supply of Montenegrin Coast Region and Proposal for the Law on Communal Services, and a representative of the proposer agreed on that.
Additionally, the Committee decide to postpone the consideration of amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Employment and Exercising Rights with respect to Unemployment Insurance, namely: 6 amendments submitted by MPs Mr Zoran Jelić, Ms Marta Šćepanović and Mr Halil Duković and one amendment submitted by MPs Mr Zoran Jelić and Ms Zorica Kovačević.
In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Regional Development, submitted by MP Mr Damir Šehović.
