At today’s 151st meeting of the Legislative Committee, the Committee considered and voted in favour of: Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement on Establishing the Western Balkans Fund, Proposal for the Law on Innovation Activity, Proposal for the Law on Cross Border Trade in Electricity and Natural Gas, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Postal Services, and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Montenegrin Citizenship.

Proposed agenda was extended by the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Convention on the Conciliation and Arbitration within the CSCE, and the Committee voted in favour of the Proposal.

In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Trademark Law, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Protection of Topographies of Semiconductor, and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Legal Protection of Industrial Design.
