At its 170th meeting held today, the Legislative Committee considered and positively voted on the following:

1.    6 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Communal Services, submitted by MPs: Ms Maida Bešlić and Mr Filip Vuković.

2.    16 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Legalization of Informal Structures, as follows:

- 9 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Goran Tuponja and Ms Zorica Martinović;

- 3 amendments submitted by MP Mr Almer Kalač;

- 2 amendments submitted by MP Mr Emilo Labudović; and

- 2 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Predrag Sekulić, Ms Marta Šćepanović, Mr Branko Čavor, and Mr Slobodan Krušo Radović.

3.   12 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Regional Water Supply of Montenegrin Coast Region, as follows:

- 10 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Šefkija Murić, Mr Branko Čavor, and Mr Slobodan Krušo Radović; and

- 2 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Aleksandar Damjanović and Mr Danko Šarančić.

4.   Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Administrative Disputes, submitted by MPs: Mr Dritan Abazović and Mr Neven Gošović.

5.    Amendments (8) to the Proposal for the Law on Accounting, as follows:

- 5 amendments submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović;

- 1 amendment submitted by MP Ms Ljerka Dragičević;

- 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Zoran Miljanić;

- 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Rešad Sijarić.

6.    5 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Auditing, submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović.

7.    9 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Conversion of Loans in CHF, submitted by MP Mr Nebojša Medojević.

8.    6 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Montenegrin Citizenship, submitted by MP Mr Snežana Jonica.

9.    5 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Protection and Rescue, submitted by MPs: Ms Snežana Jonica, Mr Dritan Abazović, and Mr Zoran Miljanić.

10.   3 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Employment and Exercising Rights with respect to Unemployment Insurance, submitted by MPs: Mr Neven Gošović and Mr Dritan Abazović.

11.   17 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Electronic Media, submitted by MPs: Mr Dritan Abazović and Mr Zoran Miljanić.

12.   8 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Broadcasting Services of Montenegro, submitted by MPs: Mr Dritan Abazović and Mr Zoran Miljanić.

13.   5 amendments (5) to the Proposal for the Law on Supplement to the Law on Special Public Prosecutor's Office, as follows:

- 3 amendments submitted by MP Ms Snežana Jonica;

- 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Ranko Krivokapić, Mr Dritan Abazović, and Mr Zoran Miljanić; and

- 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Ms Marta Šćepanović and Mr Milorad Vuletić.

14. Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplement to the Law on Inspection Control, submitted by MPs: Ms Marta Šćepanović and Mr Veljko Zarubica.

15. Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Labour Law, submitted by MPs: Mr Velizar Kaluđerović, Mr Neven Gošović, Mr Mladen Bojanić, and Mr Dritan Abazović.

The Committee postponed for the next meeting the consideration of the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendment and Supplements to the Law on Territorial Organisation of Montenegro, submitted by MP Mr Emilo Labudović.

MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović has informed the Committee that he was withdrawing amendment No 1 to the Proposal for the Law on Accounting. MP Mr Rešad Sijarić has informed the Committee that he was withdrawing his amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Accounting. MP Mr Nebojša Medojević has informed the Committee that he was withdrawing amendment No 1 to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Conversion of Loans in CHF.
