The amendment to the Proposal for the Resolution on Manner, Quality and Dynamics of the Integration Process of Montenegro to the European Union was adopted, and the Proposal for Montenegro Accession Programme to the EU and the Information on Bilateral Cooperation of Montenegro with the EU Member States were presented.

On the agenda – formulation of proposals for the election of five judges of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro.

At today’s meeting, the Working Group for Building Trust in the Election Process, according to the agenda, was to formulate the set of proposals for laws that it was responsible for, in line with the Conclusions for Building Trust in the Election Process. 

The Committee reached the agreement that the study visit of the Committee Delegation to Finland would be implemented in March 2014. 

The Committee provided consent to the Proposal of the Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on Organisation and Systematisation of the Service of the Parliament, submitted by the Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro. 

At today’s meeting, the Committee considered and positively assessed the following: 

President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić delivered today certificates to primary school students from Montenegro who participated in Democracy Workshops on topics “Democracy and Parliament” and “European Union” in the period 7 Jun – 24 December 2013.

Ms Drobnjak spoke on the topic: “How to achieve gender balance in decision-making processes in Montenegro”.
