Second Meeting of the Delegation of the Parliament of Montenegro to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe was held today. The Meeting was attended by the Head of the Delegation Mr Zoran Vukčević PhD, members of the Delegation Ms Draginja Vuksanović Professor, PhD and Mr Mladen Bojanić as well as deputy members Mr Damir Šehović MA and Ms Snežana Jonica, while Mr Predrag Sekulić PhD was absent due to previously taken commitments.

The Committee considered three proposals for laws as well as amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax

Eighth Sitting of the First Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2013 will be held in the Plenary Hall, on Tuesday 18^th June 2013, starting at 12:00.

The 31^st quarterly report on total activities within the EU Stabilisation and Association Process was considered and the course of the negotiation process on Montenegro’s accession to the EU so far was presented.

Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms, at the meeting held today, considered the Proposal for the Law on Strike, submitted by the Government of Montenegro.

Committee considered six items of the agenda.

The Security and Defence Committee, at its tenth meeting held today, within discussion on a candidate for the Director of Police, adopted Opinion with the Proposal for Director of Police to be appointed candidate Mr Slavko Stojanović.
