Pursuant to the Article 137 paragraph 2 of the Rules of Procedure, the Committee considered the Proposal for the Law on amendments to the Law on Prevention of Drug Abuse within its competences.

The following was considered: Initiative for holding a control hearing, 2012 Annual Performance Report of the Securities Commission and Status of the Securities Market, and Proposal for Declaration on Accelerated Energy Development

The Committee assessed positively six proposals for laws.

Tomorrow, on 13^th June 2013 at 14:00, the representatives of the Commission for Monitoring and Control of the Privatization Procedure will visit the miners of the Black Coal Mine in Berane who are on strike, barricaded in the pit.

Chairperson of the Inquiry Committee on gathering information and facts on events relating to the work of state authorities regarding publishing of audio recordings and transcripts from meetings of  DPS bodies and authorities Mr Koča Pavlović to meet today with the Head of Unit for Montenegro and Croatia within the European Commission's Directorate General for Enlargement Mr Dirk Lange.

Chairperson of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Halil Duković, PhD, and the Deputy Chairperson of the Committee Ms Ljiljana Đurašković, PhD will meet with Mr Frank La Rue, Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of the right to freedom of opinion and expression of the UN Council for Human Rights, who will be visiting Montenegro from 12^th to 17^th June 2013. The meeting will be held on 14^th June 2013 at 14:00, in the Red Room of the Parliament of Montenegro. 

President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić met with the Head of Unit for Montenegro and Croatia within the European Commission's Directorate General for Enlargement Mr Dirk Lange, who is staying in Montenegro

The Turkish Ambassador commended the efforts that Montenegro invested in its path to the EU, and especially the role of the Parliament in that process
