President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr. Ranko Krivokapić, extended congratulatory message on the occasion of Municipality Day of Pljevlja – 20th November, to the President of the Municipality Dr. Miloje Pupović, the President of the Local Assembly Mr. Božidar Bajić, councilors of the Local Assembly and citizens of Pljevlja:

In his introductory speech, the President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr. Ranko Krivokapić said that he was exceptionally pleased that he was opening the happiest parliament in the world, for the fourth time, pointing out that it was immeasurable that the children each time would bring in and share their joy and expectations within the walls of this Montenegrin building, where the decisions on Montenegro were being made.

“Dear students,

we all together celebrate your Day, the day which symbolizes source of creation of new values. Montenegro must keep you from social droughts and prepare fertile soil for your life.

Representatives of MP’s clubs of the Parliament of Montenegro and the Government of Montenegro, as well as Mayors of Podgorica and Cetinje and a representative of UNICEF will answer the children’s questions upon the introductory words of the President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr. Ranko Krivokapić, and a speech of the Speaker of the Children’s Parliament.

Seminar in Brussels was attended by representatives of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms Service of the Parliament of Montenegro

Policy of the European Parliament in subject fields was presented and grades on its condition in the Western Balkans countries were given on the first working day of the seminar.

Topics of the meeting were - exchange of opinions regarding current political situation in Montenegro after parliamentary elections and relations between Montenegro and the EU.
