Day one of the Spring Session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly started with a meeting of secretaries of delegations, during which, in order to have a successful organisation of the gathering, the participants were provided with the detailed organisational and technical information, instructions for successful implementation of the NATO PA Spring Session, and planned activities of the committees in the upcoming period were presented.

A second bilateral meeting of parliamentary committees of Montenegro and Albania in charge of the environment was held today.

At today’s meeting, the Committee considered two proposals for laws and Initiative by MP Mr Andrija Popović, member of the Committee 

Consultative hearing held on the occasion of introducing a new criminal offense "illicit enrichment of public officials" in accordance with Article 20 of the UN Convention against Corruption

Chairperson of the Gender Equality Committee Ms Nada Drobnjak participated in the Conference “Power of Women”, within the panel discussion “Status of women’s entrepreneurship in Montenegro from the viewpoint of regional women parliamentarians”.  

Representatives of the Permanent Delegation of the Parliament of Montenegro in the NATO PA Mr Obrad Stanišić and Ms Branka Bošnjak will participate in the gathering.
