Discussion on three proposals for laws completed 

President Emeritus of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić will participate in the XIV Winter Meeting of the OSCE PA, which will take place in Vienna, from 18 to 21 February. 

The Committee considered two proposals for laws submitted to the Parliament by MP Mr Janko Vučinić and his Initiative for holding a control hearing on the current situation in company Toščelik – Nikšić.

Presented – Study on investment in early education of the children in Montenegro, published by the Ministry of Education of Montenegro and UNICEF Montenegro

At its 105^th meeting held today, the Legislative Committee considered and positively voted on Proposal for the Law on Conversion of Loans in Swiss Francs CHF into Euros EUR, submitted by MPs: Mr Nebojša Medojević, Mr Andrija Mandić and Mr Milan Knežević, and Proposal for the Decision on Opening Parliamentary Investigation and Establishing the Inquiry Committee for Collecting Information and Facts on Actions of Competent State Authorities on Protection of State Property and Public Interest on the Occasion of Selling the Property of JSC Aluminium Plant Podgorica (KAP) in Bankruptcy with Affiliated Companies and JSC Tobacco Plant Podgorica in Bankruptcy, submitted by a group of MPs.

Several proposals for laws adopted 

President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić received today H.E. Mr Ivica Dačić, OSCE Chairperson and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia.
