Proposal for the Law on Bankruptcy and Liquidation of the Insurance Companies supported

Considered amendments to two proposal for the laws

In continuation of the 90^th meeting, following the vote, Proposal for the Law on Conversion of Loans in Swiss Francs CHF into Euros EUR, submitted by MPs: Mr Nebojša Medojević, Mr Andrija Mandić and Mr Milan Knežević (summary procedure), did not obtain the necessary majority at the Committee meeting. 

Member of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration Mr Genci Nimanbegu and member of the Security and Defence Committee Mr Luiđ Ljubo Škrelja are participating in the Interparliamentary meeting on the topic: “Smart Borders Package: European challenges, national experiences, the way ahead”, which is being held in Brussels, on 23 and 24 February 2015. 

At today’s meeting of the Committee, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Travel Benefits for Persons with Disabilities was considered.

At the meeting of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants, which was held today, proposal for Mr Miomir Mugoša to be appointed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Montenegro to the Republic of Slovenia, who will perform his duty on residential basis, in Ljubljana, was supported with majority of votes.

President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić received today H.E. Ms Margaret Ann Uyehara, newly-appointed Ambassador of the United States of America.
