At its 42^nd meeting held today, the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants held a control hearing of Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Montenegro and Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Mr Igor Lukšić and Minister of Interior Mr Raško Konjević, on the subject of emerging dispute with Bosnia and Herzegovina on delimitation in the area of Sutorina, based upon the Decision adopted on 41^st Committee meeting. 

On day four of the Winter Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the members of the Assembly were addressed by the Secretary General of the Council of Europe Mr Thorbjørn Jagland, who focused his speech on the crisis in Ukraine, freedom of expression and fight against terrorism. 

At its 40^th meeting held today, the Gender Equality Committee adopted the 2014 Performance Report of the Gender Equality Committee. In addition, the Committee decided to organise a sitting of the “Women Parliament” this year as well, on the occasion of the International Women’s Day, and agreed upon the upcoming activities.  

On day three of the Winter Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in the morning there was a debate on terrorist attacks which happened in Paris in January 2015.

2014 Performance Report of the Committee on European Integration and 2015 Work Plan adopted

The Sitting of the Second Extraordinary Session in 2015 will be held on Tuesday 10 February, in the Great Hall of the Parliament of Montenegro, starting at 11:00. 

On day two of the Session, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has considered the Report on honouring of obligations and commitments by Montenegro and adopted Resolution on closing the monitoring procedure in respect of Montenegro and engaging in post-monitoring dialogue.
