At today’s meeting, attended byMr Duško Marković, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice, the Committee has considered achievement of action plans for the Chapter 23 - Judiciary and Fundamental Rights and the Chapter 24 - Justice, freedom and security in the light of the European Commission Progress Report of Montenegro for 2014 and the latest views in this regard.

Multiple documents considered and adopted at the meeting

At today’s 95^th meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and positively assessed the following: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Regional Development, Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Local Self-Government Financing, submitted by MP Mr Damir Šehović and Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Social and Child Welfare, submitted by MP Mr Neven Gošović. 

At today’s 37^th meeting, the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants has unanimously supported the Proposal for appointing Mr Antun Sbutega, as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Montenegro to the Italian Republic, who will perform his duty on residential basis, in Rome.

On the occasion of winning the fourth place at the European championship, President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić sent a congratulatory message to members of the handball national team “Lionesses”, selector Mr Dragan Adžić, professional team and all fans. 

President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić will present the Year Award to a volunteer of the year, and host a ceremony organised on this occasion by ADP Zid.
