No obstacles for opening negotiations for this chapter

On the occasion of today’s election to position of Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, President of the Parliament of Montenegro and OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Mr Ranko Krivokapić has extended a message of congratulations to Speaker Ms Maja Gojković: 

Four items of the agenda considered 

The Sixth Sitting of the First Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2014 will be held on Friday, 25 April, starting at 15:00.

Continuation of the Second Sitting of the First Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2014 will be held on Friday, 25 April, starting at 14:00h.

The Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on State Audit Institution was formulated, and the following was supported: Proposal for the Decision on adopting the Annex no. 1 of the Contract on renting the hotel “Kraljičina plaža” – Budva and Proposal for the Decision on adopting the Annex no. 1 of the Contract on renting the hotels “Sveti Stefan” and Miločer in Budva.

The Committee considered and positively voted on 7 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Deadlines for Settling Financial Obligations; by rephrasing 7 amendments were created out of 9 submitted amendments, which were submitted by the following MPs: Radovan Obradović, Veljko Zarubica, Marta Šćepanović and Nikola Gegaj. The Committee also considered and positively voted on the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on National Parks, submitted by Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning.
