On the final day of the PACE Winter Session, the discussion was focused on revising the European Convention on Transfrontier Television and accountability of international organisations for human rights violations.

On the agenda: consideration of the Draft position on Chapter - 31 Foreign, security and defence policy.

The Opinion of the Committee on amendments to the Draft Position on the Negotiation Chapter 4 was unanimously adopted.

On day four of the PACE Winter Session, during the morning, the urgent debate was focused on the functioning of democratic institutions in Ukraine.

At their 27^th meeting held today, the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro of the 25^th Convocation has decided not to give consent for concluding contracts on additional work with regard to request of Mr Radosav Nišavić for giving consent for performing additional work, due to lack of competence, in accordance with Article 58 paragraph 1 of the Labour Law.

The Committee again failed to select a candidate for appointment of one member of the Senate of the State Audit Institution. 

Discussion on the Proposal for the Law on Budget and Fiscal Responsibility stated.
