Draft Negotiation Position for Inter-Government Conference on Accession of Montenegro to the European Union for Chapter 6 – Commercial Law positively assessed

Sitting of the Seventh Extraordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2013 will be held tomorrow, on 20 September, in the Plenary Hall of the Parliament of Montenegro, starting at 11 a.m. 

During his visit to Georgia, the President of the Parliament of Montenegro and President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Mr Ranko Krivokapić met with the Prime Minister Mr Bidzina Ivanishvili.

At its 24^th meeting held today, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration considered two proposals for laws.

Within the sixteenth meeting of the Working Group for Building Trust in the Election Process, the discussion on the Draft Law on Amendments of the Law on Election of Councillors and MPs was continued.

The fifteenth meeting of the Working Group for Building Trust in the Election Process held today was marked by the discussion on the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Election of Councillors and MPs.

At this meeting, the Working Group started analysis of the proposed solutions in the Draft Law. 

During his visit to Georgia, the President of the Parliament of Montenegro and President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Mr Ranko Krivokapić met with the President Mr Mikheil Saakashvili, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ms Maia Panjikidze.

Montenegro will be completely ready to implement the European legislation in the field of Information Society and Media
