On the continuation of the eleventh meeting of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration held today, Annual Performance Report of the Supreme State Prosecutor of Montenegro on the State Prosecutor's Office and Performance Report of the Judicial Council for 2012 were considered

Future participation of the representatives of the Committee in the project “Legal Reform” discussed at the meeting.

The Committee considered several proposals for laws

The meeting will be held on Thursday in the Red Room, starting at 14:00.

The meeting was not attended by the MPs of the parliamentary minority.

Two proposals for laws considered.

Amended Work Plan of the Committee for 2013 was adopted and Decision on control hearing was made .

Activities of the Committee in relation to the legislative competence, control role as well as the manner of checking the harmonization of legislation with the EU law were discussed at the meeting .
