Committee established Proposal for a Decision on election of Chairman and members of the Commission for Monitoring and Control of the Privatization Procedure .

It was concluded that the Conference met its goal and contributed to further development of democratic control of the armed forces.

During the first day of the Conference, the importance of exchanging experiences among regional parliamentary bodies was emphasized, as well as the chance of raising parliamentary control role to higher and better level through this way of cooperation .

President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr. Ranko Krivokapić opened today the Closing Plenary Conference of National Convention on European Integration of Montenegro, organised by: European Movement in Montenegro and Slovak Foreign Policy Association, with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovakia and SLOVAKAID, with participation of the Parliament and the Government of Montenegro.

President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr. Ranko Krivokapić, Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Duško Marković, Head of Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro, Mr. Mitja Drobnič, President of the European Movement in Montenegro, Mr. Momčilo Radulović and representative of the Slovak Foreign Policy Association, Mr. Tomas Strazay will address the participants of the Conference, as planned.

Parliamentary Committee is chaired by – the President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr. Ranko Krivokapić and Deputy Co-Chair of SAPC, Mr. Jelko Kacin, and the Committee consists of 14 members of Montenegrin and European Parliaments each.

The students were introduced with activities of the Parliament of Montenegro, its organization, competences and functions, and they were particularly interested in process of passing laws, rights and responsibilities of MPs, issue of representation of women in parliament and details form the history of Montenegrin parliamentary as well.
