Topic of the conversation – Media freedoms in Montenegro

Prince Nikola Petrović and the members of the Advisory Council of the Foundation “Petrović Njegoš” presented to President Krivokapić the 2014 Programme of the Foundation and informed him on the activities implemented so far. 

Regular meeting of the Collegium of the President of the Parliament of Montenegro is planned to be held at the beginning of the week on the occasion of beginning the Spring Session. 

With regard to the text of the Portal Analitika that a meeting of the Collegium of the President of the Parliament, during which the negotiation on the Law on Election of MPs and Councillors will be continued, should be held at the beginning of the March, we inform the public that the President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić has not received writing initiative of parliamentary subjects for the continuation of the dialogue on the Law on Election of MPs and Councillors.

President Krivokapić and H.E. Mr Venizelos noted the traditionally friendly relations between Montenegro and the Hellenic Republic. Cooperation of the two countries is continuously intensifying. 

Today, on 18 February, President of the Parliament of Montenegro and OSCE PA Mr Ranko Krivokapić will receive H.E. Mr Evangelos Venizelos, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic.
