Married, father of two. Graduated economist. Speaks the Italian and English language.

He founded and led one of the first private tourist agencies in former Yugoslavia. At the end of 1991 he founded foreign-trade enterprise “Office Centre“ which had a significant place at Montenegrin market of automobiles, office furniture and consumer electronics for years. Also, he is a founder of modern taxi services in Montenegro.

He has been actively involved in politics since 1997. He is one of the founders of Serbian People’s Party (SNS). In his previous career, he was elected Vice President of Municipal Council of SNS Podgorica, member of the Main Board, member of the Executive Board of SNS. He was elected Vice President of New Serb Democracy at Constituent Assembly, on 24 January 2009.

He is a Member of the Parliament of Montenegro. He is the Chairperson of the Committee on European Integration and a member of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration. He is the Vice Chairperson of the Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee – joint body of the European Parliament and Parliament of Montenegro.
