Two items of the Agenda considered

Tenth Meeting of the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports was adjourned due to the absence of amendments submitters.

Chairperson of the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare Mr Zoran Jelić held a meeting with the experts of WHO and Ombudsman of Montenegro, on 1 July 2013 in the premises of Ombudsman.

Delegation of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants participated at the 23rd Meeting of the Igman Initiative, held in Zagreb, on 30 Jun and 1 July 2013. The topic of the meeting was “Cooperation in the region following the accession of Croatia to the European Union”.

The Chairperson of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants Mr Miodrag Vuković, docent PhD, upon the invitation of the Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the European Parliament, attended the meeting of that Committee, organised on the occasion of Croatia’s EU accession.

Members of the Security and Defence Committee participated in the Seminar: Mr Borislav Banović, Mr Luiđ Ljubo Škrelja, Mr Vasilije Lalošević, Mr Velizar Kaluđerović, Mr Predrag Bulatović, Mr Andrija Mandić and Mr Zoran Miljanić.

Election of the OCSE PA President and vice presidents at the plenary meeting, which is to be held tomorrow

FORCA MP Genci Nimanbegu received today a group of American alumni of the Marshall Memorial Programme composed of: Mr Donald Brooks, Mr Derek Chen, Ms Sol Flores, Mr Charles Knutson, Ms Anna Sifford and Mr Marlowe Stoudamire. The meeting was also attended by the Programme Coordinator and Executive Director of the Centre for Civic Education Ms Daliborka Uljarević.
