The Committee established eight proposals for the decisions

Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro of the 25^th convocation, at today’s continuation of the 28th meeting, decided to sent a letter to the Collegium of the President of the Parliament of Montenegro in order to inform it on the Request by former MP Zdenka Popović with regard to exercising the right from the Article 10 of the Law Governing the Wages of the State and Public Officials. 

The 2013 Performance Report and 2014 Work Plan of the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro adopted  

At their 27^th meeting held today, the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro of the 25^th Convocation has decided not to give consent for concluding contracts on additional work with regard to request of Mr Radosav Nišavić for giving consent for performing additional work, due to lack of competence, in accordance with Article 58 paragraph 1 of the Labour Law.

The Committee again failed to select a candidate for appointment of one member of the Senate of the State Audit Institution. 

The AdministrativeCommittee issued: 

The Committee initiated the procedure for appointment of members of the Council of the Radio Television of Montenegro (RTCG).

The Committee provided consent to the Proposal of the Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on Organisation and Systematisation of the Service of the Parliament, submitted by the Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro.
