At today’s meeting of the Committee, the Work Plan of the Committee for 2013 was adopted.

The Meeting was interrupted after the following agenda was determined:

1. Adoption of the Decision on holding control hearing with the topic use of state resources in election campaign.

The Chairman of the Anti-corruption Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr. Predrag Bulatović, met with the Head of Department for Montenegro and Croatia to the Directorate General of the European Commission, Mr. Dirk Lange and the ambassador H.E. Mr. Mitja Drobnič, Head of the EU Delegation in Montenegro.

Mr. Koča Pavlović, member of the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro met with the Delegation of SIGMA – Mr. Xavier Sisternas, chief administrator for the field of public administration, administrative law, and anticorruption and Professor Mr. Eduard Roig, a specialist in that field.

First Meeting of the Working Group, established by the Anti-corruption Committee, at the Meeting held on 6th February 2013, with the task of preparing the work plan of the Committee for 2013, was held today.

The Anti-corruption Committee held a control hearing of the Supreme State Prosecutor, Ms. Ranka Čarapić and the Acting Director of the Administration for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, Mr. Vesko Lekić, regarding the Telecom affair, to the extent that was possible considering that the Committee members do not have access to the secret data.

Decision on Holding of the Control Hearing and Exchange of Opinions on Initiative of the group of MPs for amending the Law on Data Secrecy adopted.
