At today’s meeting, attended byMr Duško Marković, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice, the Committee has considered achievement of action plans for the Chapter 23 - Judiciary and Fundamental Rights and the Chapter 24 - Justice, freedom and security in the light of the European Commission Progress Report of Montenegro for 2014 and the latest views in this regard.

Committee considered the Final Budget Statement for 2013 and the Proposal for the Law on Budget for 2015. 

The Committee marked the International Anti-Corruption Day

Two proposals for laws considered

At today held meeting, the Anti-Corruption Committee was presented with the Proposal for the Law on Lobbying. 

Committee conducts the control hearing and adopts conclusions

At the meeting held today, the Committee decided to request once again the Director of the Public Procurement Administration, Mersad Mujević, for information about the control hearing of the Minister of Economy, Vladimir Kavarić, the Minister of Finance, Radoje Žugić, and the Director of the Public Procurement Administration, Mersad Mujević, on the subject of "Multi million contracts for legal and consulting services paid by the EPCG". The date and time of holding of the control hearing will be determined additionally.
