Within the expert mission for reviewing media freedom, conducted by the European Commission, representatives of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration met Mr Maurizio Mensi, independent expert in field of media freedom.

On the occasion of establishing a regional Programme of Support to Public Broadcasters in the South East Europe, organised by the European Union, Chairperson of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration Mr Rifat Rastoder met with Mr Bent Nørby Bonde, Director of Media Progress Europe.

The meeting was attended by Chairperson of the Committee Mr Rifat Rastoder and members Ms Marta Šćepanović and Ms Danijela Marković

Proposal for the Law on the application of the Agreement on Creating Conditions for Free and Fair Elections considered

At today’s 116th meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration established the Proposal for the Decision on the election of two members of the Prosecutorial Council from among respectable lawyers. Following the vote, Mr Novak Bego Laković and Ms Vesna Ratković obtained the necessary majority.

At its 115th meeting held today, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration held a consultative hearing of candidates who applied to the Public Vacancy Notice for election of two members of the Prosecutorial Council from among respectable lawyers.
