LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE

- considers proposals for the law, other regulations and general acts adopted by the Parliament, as regards their harmonization with the Constitution and legal system of Montenegro;

- considers acts on initiating the proceedings for the assessment of constitutionality of the law and legality of other regulations and other acts of the Parliament;

- ensures the unique legislative methodology and unique legal-technical processing of acts adopted by the Parliament;

- determines consolidated text of the law, other regulations and general act of the Parliament, if authorized for that by the law or other regulation;

- monitors implementation of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament and points to the issues of its implementation.
