Proposal for the 2014 Budget Law of Montenegro was supported.

Proposals for financial plans with work plans of the independent regulatory bodies for 2014 considered and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Games of Chance supported

Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget, at its 38th meeting held today, on the basis of Open Vacancy Notice for the appointment of chair and two members of the Council of the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, decided to propose to the Parliament to appoint Mr Šaleta Đurović, PhD in law science, as president of the Council of the Agency, and Mr Aleksandr Mijač and Mr Branko Kovijanić, graduated electrical engineers, as members of the Council.

The Committee decided to divide in two parts the discussion on the Proposal for the Law on Final Budget Statement of Montenegro for 2012 with the Report on Audit of the Final Budget Statement of Montenegro for 2012 and the Annual Report on Performed Audits and Activities of the State Audit Institution, for the period October 2012 – October 2013.

Starting from the agreement reached at the First meeting of parliamentarians from member states  of the Energy Community Secretariat, held in Vienna, on 4 July 2013, members of the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget met the Director of the Energy Community Secretariat Mr Janez Kopač, who presented the Annual Report on implementation of Energy Community Strategy to the Committee.
