Delegation of the Parliament of Montenegro participated at the meeting

Control hearing of the acting Supreme Public Prosecutor Mr Veselin Vučković was held.

Delegation of the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget of the Parliament of Montenegro consists of the following MPs: Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, Mr Filip Vuković, Mr Mladen Bojanić and Mr Almer Kalač.

Proposal for the Law on Electronic Communications considered

Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax as well as Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Prevention of Illegal Business Operations considered.

The following was considered: Initiative for holding a control hearing, 2012 Annual Performance Report of the Securities Commission and Status of the Securities Market, and Proposal for Declaration on Accelerated Energy Development

Members of the SAI Senate Mr Branislav Radulović PhD and Mr Milan Dabović PhD presented the Annual Revision Plan for 2013 to representatives of the Committee as well as available capacities and manner of allocation of tasks in the State Audit Institution and also pointed out to the need of more precise defining of the Conclusions relating to the Aluminum Plant Podgorica (KAP) and the role of the State Audit Institution, especially regarding defining of deadlines. 

Members of the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget of the Parliament of Montenegro will meet with the members of the Senate of the State Audit Institution on the premises of the Institution, today at 14:00.
