The Chairman of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms, Dr. Halil Duković and the member of the Committee, MP Ms. Ljiljana Đurašković, PhD, upon the invitation of the Ministry on Human and Minority Rights, participated at the Public Discussion on Draft Strategy for the Improvement of the Quality of Life of the LGBT population 2013 – 2018, held on 26th February, 2013.

The Chairman of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr. Halil Duković, Dr and the member of the Committee, MP Ms Ljiljana Đurašković, PhD met today with Professor Mr. Eduard Roig, a specialist in the field of public administration, administrative law and anticorruption from the Joint initiative of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and European Union, formed with the aim of providing support to the improvement of the system of state administration in the countries of Eastern and Central Europe (SIGMA).

Chairman of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr. Halil Duković, PhD and members of the Committee, Ms. Ljerka Dragičević and Mr. Dritan Abazović, MA held the meeting today with the Delegation from Albania, consisting of MPs, representatives of Ombudsman, the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Education and disabled persons.
